Vintage pieces have been collected from Scotland, and England to complement the flat, featuring restored Ercol chairs a Fritz Hansen table and vintage mid-century pieces sourced locally.

The main bedroom has a comfortable King bed, perfectly located to wake up with the beautiful sea view, simplicity and comfort. You will find all the storage you need for your stay in the adjacent walk-in wardrobe with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and storage.

The generous bathroom, recently updated has a powerful shower, plenty of storage in the vanity and lots of natural light from the large window.

The open living plan, which includes a spacious and beautiful kitchen and open living space, has been designed to be flexible, so you can enjoy the seaviews from any spot or settle down to watch a cosy movie. The dining table is big enough for 4, with the bench seat overlooking the view, upholstered in Bute Fabrics.

The sofa, which has also been upholstered in Bute Fabrics, folds out into a double bed. The kitchen and living room have blackout blinds and curtains. Please request the sofa bed if it is required, bedding will be left out for you.

The kitchen includes a fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all your cooking essentials as well as a spacious pantry. The window boxes throughout the house contain kitchen garden herbs, rosemary, thyme, chives and sage.

The apartment is located in Port Bannatyne, a 7-minute drive or 13-minute cycle, from Rothesay Ferry Terminal. There is free parking directly outside the flat. The flat is located on the 1st floor.

This flat is dog-friendly, however, we ask that you try to keep them off the furniture. A dog bed, dog towels, and bowls have been supplied for your convenience.
