Step into the flat through a high-ceilinged hallway adorned with whimsical House of Hackney wallpaper, inspired by one of Bute’s iconic local attractions.

To your right, you’ll find a bright and airy bathroom featuring a shower, soap, and shampoo.

Continue through the hall to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

• Appliances: Smeg Electric Oven and Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave and Fridge
• Essentials: Salt, Pepper, Oil, Coffee Press, Pod Machine and Kitchen Basics
• Dining: A bistro setup for 4 with bespoke cushions by local fabric mill, Bute Fabrics.
• Relaxation: A cozy window seat with lovely views.

On the wall opposite the kettle, there’s a notice board with local business information to help you plan your adventures.

Across the hall, the stylish living room awaits. Relax on the comfy sofa, which converts to a double bed for additional guests, or in one of the two armchairs. The space is designed for comfort, featuring:

• A 32-inch Smart HD TV for streaming your favourite shows.
• Blackout and sheer curtains for privacy.

Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious king bedroom, complete with a walk-in wardrobe, blackout curtains, bespoke Bute Fabrics cushions, clothes hangers, and everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Back in the hallway, a hidden door reveals a charming single bunk bed room, perfect for a solo guest. This cozy space will be opened upon request.
